Returns & Refunds Policy

Return or Exchange In Store

Take the item(s) you would like to return to any of our stores (Woodbridge or Pickering) within 15 days of shipment or purchase. Please bring your shipping invoice, found in your shipping confirmation email, to the store for processing your return or exchange. Original form of payment is required and by the cardholder in order to process any refund. We will exchange the item or give you full credit for the purchase price of the item. Please Note: If the item is being exchanged, we recommend that you phone one of our location near you first to see if they have the desired item in stock. Returns received more than 15 days after date of shipment or purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

To return an item, please ship the product back to its original sender.

Exchanges processed prior to 15 days are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.

Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
